1. Confirm the destination is within Australia
Start with the current Shipping Policy. It states that Rovqenx ships only to eligible addresses within Australia and does not support international destinations.
An Australian-looking address is not, by itself, a promise of eligibility. Check the complete delivery details before submitting the order, and do not assume that a past delivery makes every future address or order eligible.
2. Check every address field for accuracy
Review the recipient name, street details, suburb or locality, state or territory, and postcode as one complete record. Missing or conflicting details can prevent an address from being assessed or can contribute to a delivery problem.
The live Shipping Policy notes that incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible delivery details may cause an order to be held or cancelled. Correct an obvious error before submitting rather than relying on a later support request.
3. Make sure the recipient meets the adult requirement
The recipient must be at least 18 years old. Age or identity checks may be required where applicable. Do not provide false age or delivery information, and never attempt to order for a minor.
The Terms and Conditions also explain that submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be declined or cancelled when age, location, availability, pricing, security or legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
4. Treat processing and delivery estimates as guidance
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Address checks, carrier conditions, public holidays, remote destinations and events outside reasonable control may cause delays.
Check the current order information rather than converting an estimate into a promised arrival date. If tracking is delayed, the Shipping Policy asks customers to use the contact form with the order number and delivery postcode.
5. Share only the information needed for support
If an address or delivery question remains, use the contact page and identify the specific page or order issue. Include an order number only when it is relevant.
Do not put card details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information into a general support message. The Privacy Policy explains what contact, delivery and order information may be received and how it is used.
