What counts as an eligible delivery address?
The published policy defines the boundary as an eligible Australian address. It does not publish a postcode-by-postcode eligibility list, so do not assume that every address or destination is accepted. Enter complete and accurate details at checkout and treat the current checkout and policy pages as authoritative.
Before submitting an order, use the Australian delivery address checklist to confirm the recipient name, street details, suburb, state and postcode. Do not use an overseas destination or provide false location or age information.
Can an overseas customer order to an Australian address?
Rovqenx states a delivery rule, not a general promise that any order will be accepted. A submitted order may still be declined or cancelled when age, location, availability, pricing, security or legal requirements cannot be satisfied. The recipient at the eligible Australian address must be at least 18, and checks may apply.
If the address arrangement is unusual, confirm eligibility through the private Rovqenx contact form before ordering. Include only the information needed to explain the question. Do not send card details, security codes, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Delivery eligibility is different from delivery time
An eligible address does not create a guaranteed arrival date. The Shipping Policy says processing and delivery estimates are guidance only. Address checks, carrier conditions, public holidays, remote destinations and events outside reasonable control may cause delays.
