A Rovqenx order cancellation or product change is not automatic after checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact Rovqenx promptly with the order number and the exact change requested. The live Terms and Conditions say that submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance, while the Returns and Refunds Policy says change-of-mind requests must be assessed before anything is sent back.
This guide is for adult customers aged 18 or over at eligible Australian delivery addresses. It explains what the current first-party policies support, without promising that an order can be stopped after processing or dispatch has begun.
What to do first
- Check the order record. Look for the confirmation email and review My Account if the order appears there.
- Do not place a second order yet. A second checkout can create a separate request rather than correcting the first one.
- Contact Rovqenx promptly. Use the private Rovqenx contact page and state whether you are requesting cancellation, a product correction or another order change.
- Wait for instructions. Do not send an item back or assume a change has been approved until support confirms the next step.
Details to include in the request
A short, precise message makes the order easier to identify. Include:
- the order number;
- the exact product name and SKU shown in the confirmation;
- the specific request, such as cancel the order or correct the selected product;
- the correct product name and SKU if asking about a substitution; and
- the delivery postcode when it is relevant to locating the order.
Do not send card details, security codes, online-banking credentials, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through a general support message. This matches the current Contact and Privacy Policy boundaries.
Can Rovqenx guarantee cancellation before dispatch?
No guarantee is stated in the current policies. The Terms and Conditions explain that submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance and that an order may be declined or cancelled when age, location, availability, pricing, security or legal requirements cannot be satisfied. That is different from giving a customer an unconditional cancellation right.
Because order handling can progress after checkout, prompt contact is the practical next step. Do not rely on a delivery estimate, tracking status or lack of tracking as proof that a cancellation is still possible.
What if the parcel has already been dispatched or delivered?
Review the Returns and Refunds Policy before taking action. It says change-of-mind returns may be restricted for regulated or sealed goods and must be assessed before anything is sent back. Keep the product and packaging, and do not return it without instructions and the correct return destination.
If the delivered order is damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from the confirmed record, that is a separate issue. Follow the existing guide on requesting a Rovqenx return or refund and provide the order number, exact product name or SKU, a concise description and clear photographs where relevant.
Product change example
Suppose the confirmation shows Double Happiness Soft, SKU SS-1049, but the intended record was Double Happiness Soft Real, SKU SS-1059. These are separate live records. Name both complete titles and both SKUs in the request; do not describe the change only as “the other Double Happiness carton.” Current product names, prices and stock can change, so recheck the exact product page before contacting support.
Before submitting the support message
- Confirm the order number and exact SKU.
- State one clear requested outcome.
- Use the private contact form, not a public comment.
- Do not send payment credentials or identity documents.
- Do not return sealed or regulated goods without instructions.
For future orders, the pre-payment checklist can help verify the exact product title, SKU, current price, stock indicator, carton quantity and delivery details before checkout.
